Quick-Fix therapy tested for war trauma in ukraine
NCT ID NCT07318181
Summary
This project is testing a new, brief therapy for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) in Ukraine, where many people are suffering from war-related trauma. The therapy, called the RTM Protocol, aims to reduce distressing symptoms in just 3-5 sessions without requiring patients to relive their traumatic experiences in detail. The study will compare this new approach to standard PTSD treatments and train Ukrainian mental health professionals to use it.
