New scan could spot prostate cancer more clearly

Summary

This study is testing a new type of PET scan that uses a special tracer to detect prostate cancer. Researchers will compare how well this new scan finds cancer inside the prostate compared to the current standard MRI scan. The study involves 50 men with newly diagnosed prostate cancer who have not yet started treatment.
