Summary
This study tested a new radioactive tracer called 18F-BL40, used in PET/CT scans, to see if it can better detect certain blood cancers like lymphoma and multiple myeloma. Ten adults with these cancers received two scans—one with the new tracer and one with a standard tracer—to compare how well each finds tumors. The goal is to improve cancer detection and monitoring without needing invasive biopsies.
