Oral test could replace Needle-Based diagnosis for hormone disorder
NCT ID NCT07259564
Summary
This study is testing whether a new oral suspension called GS3-007a can accurately diagnose adult growth hormone deficiency (AGHD). Researchers will compare this simple oral test to the current standard method, which involves an insulin injection and multiple blood draws. The trial will enroll 120 adults who are suspected of having AGHD, along with healthy volunteers, to see if the oral test provides reliable results with fewer side effects.
