Could a simple drink replace needles for hormone testing?
NCT ID NCT07259564
Summary
This study aims to see if a new oral test (GS3-007a) works as well as the current standard insulin test for diagnosing adult growth hormone deficiency (AGHD). It will involve 120 people, including those suspected of having AGHD and healthy volunteers. Participants will take both tests in a random order so researchers can compare how accurately the new oral test identifies the condition.
