New hope for kids with Tough-to-Treat cancer

NCT ID NCT05027386

Summary

This study is testing whether adding a drug called apatinib to standard chemotherapy can help children and teenagers whose neuroblastoma has come back or hasn't responded to previous treatments. The trial will involve up to 125 participants aged 5-18 years old. Researchers want to find the safest dose and see if this combination can shrink tumors and help patients live longer.
