Hope for kids with tough cancer: new combo treatment trial

NCT ID NCT05027386

Summary

This study is testing whether adding a drug called apatinib to standard chemotherapy can help children whose neuroblastoma has returned or hasn't responded to previous treatments. Researchers want to see if this combination can shrink tumors and help children live longer. The trial will involve 125 children aged 5-18 who have already tried other treatments without success.
