Summary
This study is for children newly diagnosed with high-risk neuroblastoma, a serious nerve tissue cancer. It first uses genetic tests to pick the best chemotherapy drugs for each child. Then, it compares standard immunotherapy alone versus immunotherapy plus an extra drug called DFMO, followed by DFMO maintenance. The goal is to see if this personalized approach can delay relapse and help children live longer.
