Summary

This study is testing an investigational pill called CS060380 to see if it can safely reduce liver fat and improve health in people with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH), a serious form of fatty liver disease. About 120 adults will take either the study drug or a placebo (a dummy pill) daily for 12 weeks. Researchers will use special MRI scans to measure changes in liver fat and monitor participants for any side effects.
