New pill tested to fight fatty liver disease

Summary
This study is testing an investigational drug called CS060380 tablets to see if it can help treat NASH, a serious form of fatty liver disease. About 120 adults with NASH will take either the study drug or a placebo (a dummy pill) daily for 12 weeks. Researchers will use special MRI scans to measure changes in liver fat and check for side effects to see if the treatment is safe and effective.
