Summary
This study tests a combination of four drugs (isatuximab, iberdomide, bortezomib, and dexamethasone) in 88 adults newly diagnosed with multiple myeloma who cannot or choose not to have a stem cell transplant. The goal is to find the safest dose and see how well the drugs control the cancer. Participants will be monitored for side effects and treatment response.
