New mRNA tech targets Brain-Swelling virus in major trial
NCT ID NCT06680128
Summary
This study is testing a new mRNA vaccine designed to protect healthy adults from Japanese encephalitis, a serious viral brain infection. Researchers will give different doses of the vaccine to about 400 participants to check how safe it is and how well it triggers an immune response. The goal is to find the best dose for future studies and see if this new vaccine approach works against the virus.
