One-Shot cancer treatment? new injection reprograms immune cells inside the body
NCT ID NCT07362602
Summary
This early study is testing a new, simpler form of CAR-T therapy for adults with certain B-cell blood cancers, like leukemia and lymphoma. Instead of taking a patient's cells out to modify them in a lab, this treatment is given as an injection that aims to reprogram the immune system's T cells to fight cancer directly inside the body. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the treatment shows signs of working against these cancers.
