New MRI technique could reveal hidden brain tumors

Summary
This study compares a new MRI method to the standard one for finding brain metastases (tumors that spread from other cancers). About 100 adults with known or suspected brain tumors will get both scans during one session. The goal is to see if the new method detects more or smaller tumors without increasing contrast dye or scan time.
