Summary
This study is testing a combination of three oral chemotherapy drugs for people with high-risk myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) or chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (CMML) who haven't had prior treatment. The first phase aims to find the safest dose, and the second phase measures how well the combination works to control the disease. Participants take the drugs in repeating 28-day cycles and are followed for up to 5 years.
