New hope for tough blood cancers: oral combo therapy trial

NCT ID NCT04655755

Summary

This study is testing a new combination of three oral cancer drugs for people with high-risk forms of two blood cancers (MDS and CMML) who haven't had treatment before. The first part aims to find the safest dose, and the second part measures how well the combination works to control the disease. The goal is to see if this oral regimen can help patients achieve remission and reduce their need for blood transfusions.
