Summary
This study tested a new lab method to detect Lyme disease from a small skin sample. Researchers compared this new test to two older methods to see if it was better at finding the bacteria that causes Lyme. The goal was to help doctors diagnose the earliest stage of Lyme disease more quickly and accurately.
