Summary

This study is testing a new experimental drug called AZD2936 for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has spread. The drug is designed to work like two drugs in one, targeting two different pathways that cancer cells use to hide from the immune system. Researchers want to find the safest and most effective dose and see if it can help shrink tumors or control the cancer's growth.
