Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new oral medication called HQP1351 for people with chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) or a type of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (Ph+ ALL) that has stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals are to find a safe and effective dose and to see how the drug moves through the body. The trial will also test HQP1351 in combination with another drug (blinatumomab) for some patients.
