New hope for leukemia patients out of options
NCT ID NCT04260022
Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new oral medication called HQP1351 for patients with chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) or a type of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (Ph+ ALL) that has stopped responding to or cannot tolerate standard treatments. The main goals are to find a safe and effective dose, understand how the drug moves through the body, and see if it helps control the cancer. The study will also test the drug in combination with another medication (blinatumomab) for some patients.
