Summary
This study tested a new, smaller surgical tool called the 'Aircraft Nephroscope' for removing kidney stones. Doctors used it during a common procedure (PCNL) on 216 patients to see if it was safe and effective. The main goal was to check how many patients were stone-free two weeks after surgery and to monitor for any complications.
