Summary
This study tested a new, smaller surgical scope called the 'Aircraft Nephroscope' for removing kidney stones. Doctors used it during a common procedure (PCNL) on 216 patients to see if it was safe and effective. The main goal was to see how many patients were completely stone-free two weeks after surgery.
