Scientists develop High-Tech scan to pinpoint foot pain sources

Summary
This study aims to create a new imaging test that can accurately find and measure problem areas in foot tissues that cause pain. Researchers will use MRI and ultrasound scans on 120 people with plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendon pain, or no pain to develop a better diagnostic tool. The goal is to help doctors more precisely identify and measure tissue changes for more personalized treatment of common foot pain conditions.
