New heart valve implant could help patients with leaky heart valve avoid surgery

Summary
This study is testing a new, less invasive heart valve implant for people with severe aortic regurgitation (a leaky heart valve). The goal is to see if this implant can reduce the risk of death, stroke, or repeat hospital visits compared to standard care. About 210 adults with severe aortic regurgitation will take part in this research.
