New probe seeks cause of mysterious chest pain

Summary
This study is testing a new, thin wireless catheter to see how well it can diagnose problems with the tiny blood vessels in the heart. It will involve about 114 patients who have chest pain but whose main heart arteries look clear on standard tests. The new catheter's readings will be compared against a detailed heart MRI scan to check its accuracy.
