New heart test aims to solve mystery chest pain

Summary
This study is testing a new, wireless catheter to see how well it can diagnose problems in the tiny blood vessels of the heart. It will involve 114 adults who have chest pain but whose main heart arteries look clear on standard tests. The new device's readings will be compared against a detailed heart scan to see if it's accurate.
