Summary
This study is testing a new seasonal flu vaccine that includes an ingredient (an adjuvant) designed to boost the body's immune response. Researchers want to see if different doses of the vaccine are safe and well-tolerated in healthy adults, and how well they trigger protective antibodies. The trial will enroll 620 participants across two age groups to find the best dose for future testing.
