Summary
This study is testing a new eye gel designed to treat dry eye and surface damage in people with diabetes. The gel contains specially engineered particles (exosomes) that aim to reduce inflammation and help heal the eye's surface. Researchers will enroll 30 participants to see if the gel improves symptoms, eye health, and vision over a 12-week period.
