Summary
This study is testing a new eye gel designed to treat dry eye and surface damage in people with diabetes. The gel contains specially engineered particles (exosomes) that aim to reduce inflammation and help heal the eye's surface. Researchers will compare three different gel formulas in 30 participants to see which one best improves eye comfort, health, and vision.
