Summary
This study tests whether a new drug (ATRN-119) combined with a single, precise dose of radiation can safely treat early-stage HPV-positive throat cancer. About 35 adults will take the drug for 10 days and receive one radiation treatment, then have standard surgery. Researchers hope this approach reduces long-term side effects while keeping cure rates high.
