Blood test could guide better treatment for tough lung cancer
NCT ID NCT06681220
Summary
This study is testing whether a blood biomarker can help doctors choose the best treatment for people whose small cell lung cancer has returned after initial therapy. Participants will either receive a new combination of two oral drugs (Stenoparib and Temozolomide) or the standard treatment (Lurbinectedin), depending on their biomarker test results. The goal is to see if matching treatment to a patient's biomarker leads to better control of the cancer and longer survival.
