New drug combo shows promise in shrinking head and neck tumors before surgery

Summary
This study tests whether giving a new drug (becotatug vedotin) alone or with immune-boosting drugs before surgery can help shrink advanced head and neck cancer. About 120 adults with resectable tumors will receive the treatment before their operation. The main goal is to see if the cancer completely disappears after treatment.
