Mayo clinic tests new scan to spot Crohn's scarring before It's too late

Summary
This study is testing whether a new type of PET scan can detect early scarring (fibrosis) in the small intestines of people with Crohn's disease. Researchers want to see if this scan can spot scarring before it becomes a severe stricture that narrows the bowel. The study will compare scan results from about 45 participants, some with existing strictures and some without, to understand how the scan signal relates to disease progression.
