New hope for Tough-to-Treat Crohn's disease

Summary

This study is testing a new drug called BCD-261 for adults with moderate to severe Crohn's disease who haven't gotten enough relief from standard treatments. Researchers will compare different doses of the drug against a placebo to see if it helps reduce gut inflammation and symptoms. The goal is to find a new treatment option to better control this chronic condition.
