New hope for Tough-to-Treat Crohn's disease

Summary

This study is testing a new drug called BCD-261 for people with moderate to severe Crohn's disease who haven't gotten enough relief from standard treatments. About 204 participants will be randomly assigned to receive one of several doses of the drug or a placebo (an inactive substance) to see which works best. The main goals are to see if the drug can reduce gut inflammation and help people achieve remission from their symptoms.
