First seen Apr 09, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study is for people with metastatic colorectal cancer that has spread to a few spots (like the liver or lungs) and hasn't responded to at least two prior treatments. It tests whether adding two immunotherapy drugs (iparomlimab and tuvonralimab) plus targeted radiation to the standard drug fruquintinib can help control the cancer longer than fruquintinib alone. The study involves 60 adults aged 18-75 and will measure how long the cancer stays under control and overall survival.
