Summary

This study tests a new treatment for people with a type of head and neck cancer that has not spread too far. The treatment combines an experimental vaccine (IMP3-Mito) with immunotherapy drugs, given before and after surgery. The goal is to shrink the tumor more effectively and lower the chance of the cancer coming back. Nine participants will be enrolled at one hospital in China.
