Summary
This study tests a new treatment for head and neck cancer that combines an experimental vaccine with immunotherapy. The vaccine is designed to train the immune system to attack cancer cells, while the immunotherapy helps remove the brakes on immune cells. The treatment is given before and after surgery to try to shrink tumors and prevent the cancer from coming back. The study will include 9 adults with a specific type of head and neck cancer that can be removed with surgery.
