New Three-Drug attack on aggressive neuroendocrine cancers

Summary
This study is testing a new treatment approach for people with advanced, fast-growing neuroendocrine tumors who haven't had chemotherapy for their spread-out disease. It combines a short course of chemotherapy and an immunotherapy drug, followed by long-term maintenance therapy with two other drugs. The goal is to see if this combination can better control the cancer and is safe for patients.
