First seen Apr 22, 2026 · Last updated Jun 06, 2026 · Updated 9 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding two drugs (serplulimab and bevacizumab) to standard chemotherapy improves outcomes for people with colorectal cancer that has spread to the liver and can be surgically removed. The trial involves 156 adults aged 18-75 with specific genetic types (RAS/BRAF wild-type, pMMR/MSS). The goal is to see if the combination helps the immune system fight the cancer better and improves long-term survival.
