New hope for stomach cancer: triple therapy trial underway

Summary
This study tests whether adding an experimental drug (ONO-4578) to standard chemotherapy and immunotherapy can help people with advanced HER2-negative stomach cancer live longer without their disease getting worse. About 226 adults who have not had chemotherapy before will take part. The goal is to see if the new combination is more effective than the standard treatment alone.
