New combo aims to boost survival in advanced bile duct cancer

Summary
This study tests whether adding the drug Mitazalimab to standard chemotherapy helps people with advanced bile duct cancer live longer. About 160 adults whose cancer has spread or cannot be removed will receive either chemo alone or chemo plus Mitazalimab. Researchers will track survival at 6 months and monitor side effects.
