This study tests whether adding the drug Mitazalimab to standard chemotherapy helps people with advanced bile duct cancer live longer. About 160 adults whose cancer has spread or cannot be removed will receive either chemo alone or chemo plus Mitazalimab. Researchers will check survival at 6 months and track side effects.
