Summary
This study tests whether adding an experimental drug (HR070803) to standard chemotherapy and targeted therapy can help people with advanced colorectal cancer live longer without their cancer growing. About 669 adults with stage IV colorectal cancer that cannot be removed by surgery will take part. The goal is to see if the new combination is safer and more effective than the current standard treatment.
