Summary
This study tests a new experimental drug (HR070803) added to standard chemotherapy and targeted therapy for people with advanced colorectal cancer that has spread and cannot be removed by surgery. About 669 participants will receive either the new combo or standard treatment alone. The goal is to see if the new combo is safer and more effective at controlling the cancer and delaying its growth.
