New 'Tumor-Hunting' imaging test seeks to pinpoint cancers earlier

Summary
This study is testing a new imaging probe, FL-091, to see if it can better detect and determine the stage of certain cancers. The probe is designed to seek out and attach to a specific marker found on many tumor cells. Researchers will inject the probe into 100 adult patients with suspected or confirmed cancers like colorectal, pancreatic, or head and neck cancer, and then use PET or SPECT scans to see where it goes in the body.
