New scan aims to sharpen the picture of cancer spread
NCT ID NCT05562791
Summary
This study is testing whether a new type of imaging scan, called a 68Gallium PSMA-PET/CT scan, can effectively find where cancer has spread in people with advanced bladder cancer or melanoma. Researchers want to see if this new scan works better, the same, or not as well as the standard FDG-PET/CT scans doctors currently use. The goal is to improve how doctors detect and monitor cancer in these patients.
