Summary
This early-stage trial is testing a new cancer drug called TUB-040 in people with advanced ovarian cancer or a type of lung cancer that has stopped responding to standard treatments. The drug works like a 'smart bomb'—it's designed to find cancer cells and deliver a powerful chemotherapy directly to them while sparing healthy cells. Researchers will give increasing doses to find the safest amount that still fights cancer effectively, then compare doses to determine the best one for patients.
