New hope for Tough-to-Treat stomach and colon cancers

Summary
This study is testing a new drug called GSK5764227 for people with advanced gastrointestinal cancers that have spread and cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to see if the drug is safe, how the body processes it, and if it can shrink tumors in patients who have already tried other treatments. The study will enroll about 320 adults with specific types of colorectal or pancreatic cancer.
