First human tests begin for promising new cancer drug

Summary
This is an early-stage study testing a new experimental cancer drug called BG-C137 in people with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals are to find a safe dose, see how the body processes the drug, and check for any early signs that it might help shrink tumors. The study will test the drug alone and in combination with other cancer medications.
